The first step is to log in using the 'login' tab (circled in green opposite). To sign up for an online ordering account please contact your sales team.

Product Search

There are a number of different ways to product search. On the right hand side is a Search Box (Figure 1.) where you are able to use either keywords or product codes.

Just under this search box is a menu which expands to show you more specific options (Figure 2.). This menu is also under the Product Index tab at the top of the page, it is similar to browsing our printed catalogue.

We also have a Quick Order Entry tab across the top of the page (figure 3.). Many SET customers like this option as it allows them to simply type in the codes of the products they require and the amount they would like to order. Quick and easy.

A Req Pad is a list of commonly ordered (or contract) items with pre-arranged discounts applied to them. Your sales team will be more than happy to arrange discounts on many, many products for you. This can be found on the right hand side just under your shopping basket.

Also on the right hand side is our Printer Supplies Finder, an easy to use search facility for all your printer consumables.

Personal Catalogues

Once logged in, your Personal Catalogues section appears on the right. (Figure 1.) Here you can view your Frequent Buys and Contract Priced items.

You can also view your Custom Catalogue. As the name suggests, this is a list you can custom make yourself. When viewing a product with its description you can simply click the + or - sign to add or remove products from your custom catalogue (Figure 2.)

Account Management

Once logged in, your login tab on the right will have Account Management tab next to it. This is where you can access your Order Authorisation (if applicable), your Spend Reports, Track your Orders and again your Personal Catalogues

In Spend Reports you may look in various ways at how much your company has spent online since your online account was set up. You can look at a screen detailing spend by department, spend by product, spend by item or spend by order. Also Volume by items and any returns.
Please note that this only outlines your online account and will not list any telephone orders or returns placed with us.

In Track your Orders you can view all your recent orders and view and edit all recent quotes (These are orders that have not placed by clicking the 'place your order' button in the basket so have not reached us yet). To view the order or quote in full please click the 'order number' circled in Figure 1. These Quotes will be held for 20 days.

1-Step Checkout

When you add a product to your basket, you can see the basket updating on the right hand side of the screen (Figure 1). You can continue shopping and add more products to the basket, and when you are ready to checkout just click the button underneath the basket.

(Figure 2) We have a 1-step checkout process where you can check and edit the details of your order all on one screen and then confirm the order when you are satisfied by clicking 'place your order'. Your order is then sent straight through to us where we will process it immediately.

NB: To add items to your basket please click the white cross in the blue circle icon next to the product or at the top of the Req Pad.
